As part of a building maintenance service, our service contracts are tailored to meet your requirements; your environment is unique, therefore we do not offer a "Standard Service".
Prior to commencing an agreement for commercial boiler service, we undertake a site survey and assessment of your building and systems. Our recommendations of works, if any, are documented and disclosed; these recommendations will determine the level of Service required.
Your system and its requirements will determine the frequency of scheduled site visits.
